Randmark Duathlon series

DUATHLONS will only run from MARCH TO SEPTEMBER.
This is great for cross training and building stamina.

Looking forward to seeing some of the new members here actively participating

2 - 10 - 2 ( 2km run / 10km cycle / 2km run) Or
4 - 20 - 4 ( 4km run / 20km cycle / 4km run)

You may walk too, there is a category for walkers.
Mountain bikes or Road bikes may be used. NO HELMUT NO CYCLE !!!
No time limit on either distance.
A family event where all can participate and spend quality time together.

A cash bar will be available, and after every event
braai facilities will be available for a Bring & Braai.
Entrance fee:      Non club members:        R20 per event
                     Randmark club members:    free
